Training Facilitator

Philip Marris began his journey in 1986 when he joined Creative Output and collaborated with Eliyahu Goldratt, the inventor of the Theory of Constraints in 1984 and the Critical Chain methodology in 1997.

He is recognized as an expert in Lean practices and typically combines Lean principles (in Production/Engineering/Management) with the Theory of Constraints (TOC).

He founded Marris Consulting, based in Paris, in 2005. Having traveled worldwide to assist companies in project management, Philip has successfully implemented the Critical Chain approach in over a hundred projects. Clients who have benefited from his over 30 years of expertise have achieved a 100% on-time delivery rate for their projects. Interestingly, some of these projects initially suffered significant delays of several months.

Philip's experience spans a wide range of activities and sectors, including new product development, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), and ETO (Engineer-to-Order) business.

Among his clients are GSK, Circor, Embraer, Air France, IAMGold, Safran, ABS Jets, SNCF, Andritz, and more.
