Critical Chain 2024 Conference

The Critical Chain Conference, organized by TOCICO (Theory Of Constraints International Certification Organization), will be held virtually on April 17th and 18th.

More than 25 speakers will participate and share their knowledge through presentations. We invite you to discover how hundreds of organizations use this method to successfully complete their projects efficiently, on time and within budget, without sacrificing quality or content, and with the same resources.

The Critical Chain Conference is the event for everyone interested in project management through this method, offering a unique opportunity to meet and learn from experts in the field.

Marris Consulting will be present at the international conference on the Critical Chain.

How to smoothen the military aeronautical maintenance operations with Critical Chain?

By Selim Ben Mlouka and Christian Schan.

They will explain how Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) offers an effective approach to enhance performance in military aeronautical maintenance, a crucial aspect for ensuring optimal responsiveness in the face of current instability.

Thanks to the Critical Chain approach, flawless preparation is maintained, allowing for the overcoming of unforeseen challenges and thus ensuring the maximum availability of military aircraft, in times of conflict or peace.

This presentation will be based on experiences of applying the Critical Chain by Marris Consulting.

3 levels of project control: the Critical Chain pyramid

By Etienne Lecerf.

In this presentation, Etienne will address the three crucial levels in project management, detailing how each level specifically contributes to optimizing the project process.

It is essential to consider two layers of management:

  • The overall supervision of the project portfolio, aiming to systematically reduce the number of concurrent projects and multitasking.
  • Micro-level management, focused on monitoring daily activities, identifying bottlenecks, and establishing a rapid and efficient feedback system.
