Following the audit, Cabinet Roux implemented the principles of the Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management to streamline workflows and gain greater visibility into their caseload.

The initial results of applying these principles in one Business Unit, notably a 30% reduction in project timelines for client valuations, prompted them to extend the Theory of Constraints to other units within the firm to better serve their clients and assist even more of them.
