A strategic project under control that meets the deadlines

Specialized in ultra-lightweight aircraft seats, Expliseat has established itself as an innovative player in the aerospace industry. To support its production ramp-up, the company created a new production site in Angers, France, in just one year, with the support of Marris Consulting.

The project was managed according to the principles of Critical Chain to structure the schedule, prioritize actions, and ensure deadlines are met through daily monitoring and the use of project buffers.
